Site redesign begins

Regular visitors will no doubt have noticed a change in the decor. At the moment it's otherwise exactly the same site, but I'm also planning some structural changes.

If history is any kind of reliable guide, this is just the start of a fitful process over the next few weeks, but chrisjuby.co.uk version 3 is almost upon us...

UPDATE Oct 26: Aargh, I've just checked the new site in Internet Explorer for the first time! I've written very simple, valid code; you would think IE would be able to render the site properly, but no. Apologies to everyone viewing in IE that the font looks a bit screwy*, and that until a few minutes ago the sidebar was misaligned. (One word for you: Firefox.)

*Helvetica displays so badly in IE you would be forgiven for thinking Microsoft had something against it. Helvetica displays fine in other browsers, by the way.
