It's a version of Pong. When you visit the page you are randomly(?) allocated to one of the two teams. You move your mouse within the playing field and your team's paddle moves to the average location for all the players on your team.
The site has just been Dugg so there are currently well over a hundred players on each team at any time. It's absolutely crazy!
