I had a break from leading worship over Easter; it was good to be back this morning!

And a great morning, too! The Uni term starts tomorrow so our numbers swelled to about 200 but we retained the sense of family that's more usually only possible with or out-of-term congregation.

I picked up on some of the themes that people have been sounding in contributions over the last few weeks, encouraging people to be open to what God has for us in a new season. Which tied in well with the start of a new preaching series on Exodus today.

There was a rich flow of contributions this morning too, each leading to the next, and each song on my setlist picking up the theme. I love it when that happens! It's almost as if God is in it...
