A baptism this morning (a regular occurence at Kings these days!) and preaching from Isaiah 65 on the new heavens and new earth. I drew the themes together with a focus on salvation.
It was the first meeting after the academic year, so we got a proper look at the resident congregation for the first time in a few months. We've grown in numbers this year.
The summer still means smaller bands, but the difference is not going to be as significant as in previous years. It's great to have more resident musicians and there are even a couple of student musicians sticking around over the summer.
It's going to be an interesting season!
