Straight back from holiday into woship leading.

It's amazing how quickly my sense of total confidence and natural rapport leading the congregation begins to fade when I'm not at some level thinking about worship day in day out. You get into a rhythm when you're leading very regularly.

Which makes me reflect on how much harder it is for people who lead fairly infrequently. I need to think about that in terms of introducing and developing other worship leaders.
