I'm just back from an amazing time at the Ichthus Revive week in Ashburnham. I had a significant time hearing from God there.
When I'm excited about something God is doing with me personally there's the risk that I impose my excitement on the congregation in an unhelpful way. So I was praying before this morning that I would have God's heart for the congregation, to lead with integrity both with what God has been doing in me and with what God has been doing at Kings.
I think we got the balance - worship this morning was open in a way I've been longing for but without being inconsistent with what has been going on at Kings these last few months.
I'm so looking forward to the coming months...
