Our carol service

Another classic Kings carol service with carols, readings, drama, a choir piece, a talk and prayers. As in previous years I was involved with writing the drama. Our title was 'What Kind of Welcome?' looking at different reactions to Mary's news. We ran Stuart Townend's 'When love came down to earth' with the occasional Kings Singers choir. I managed to avoid confusing 'Hark, the herald' and 'Once in royal', which is pretty much the main thing I practise for carol services since my misadventures in 2005!
